i think it will apply to dheli only because the policy of government of dheli
ncr was chellanged. But this can be helpful as a case law to get favourable
oders in similar matters at any where across the country. Gautam.

Does it restricted to New delhi only or is it applicable for all the
states. If it is applied for the whole nation, so send me too at my

if you provide any details like the name of the party, issue type,
case no. or anything, users can go to the respective site of the high
court and get the status update. this can even save your precious time
in uploading especially I believe that if the information is not of
confidencial.
thank you,

2014-09-13 Thread goutham agrawal
Dear all,

I am happy to report you about another land mark judgement of Delhi
high court in regard with 3% reservation in allotment of government
accomodation to government employees with disability,

in term of which the hon'ble high court has directed delhi government
for such reservation.

It may be hoped that a large number of disabled employees of Delhi NCR
Government will be benefited by this landmark judgement.

As the copy of said order is in a PDF format and it cannot be pasted
in the body part of this mail, so all those who are interested to read
ths judgement, can ask me to send the same on their personnel mail I.D

with thanks and regards,
Gautam Agarwal
