Dear friends, I have to initiate the apartment registration process very soon. I would like to seek the help regarding from our learned friends on the list. I shall be happy to call our friends who might have undergone the experience of interacting with different agencies for undertaking apartment registration at Noida. I have purchased a flat in Noida jointly with my wife (sighted). As per the standard document checklist I am required to attach signature verification certificate from bank. My problem is that my signature does not match. I am not sure if I would be able to reproduce the signatures that have been attested by bank on many other documents that I might be required to sign. Please guide how to overcome this issue. I would request list members who might have registered flat at Noida to write to me off the list for sharing their valuable experience.
