Interesting point you brought Minar. During national NHRD network anual conference virtually; I was moderating pannel where HR head of Mahindra, Standardcharted Bank and Dr. Reddy's I asked question do you practice inclusion at home and in personal life? What makes me sad is that they never translate their intent to action. However they are slowly realizing the power of inclusion and initiating steps in the right direction.
