Hello, I just tested the recently released BBC Hindi app on a android phone. The app is reasonably accessible although I found it to be a little slow.
With espeak TTs it is possible to read the news and play BBC Hindi radio on android devices with this app. The app is named BBC Hindi and is available on Play Store for free.
