Are there enough efforts by BEL to empower PWDs by improving their work efficiency? That is the real empowerment of PWDs at the work place. I appreciate providing hearing aids and ramps as that would lead to increase in productivity. But no assistive technology for visually challenged. I assume there are visually challenged in BEL as they are providing walking sticks. I may be wrong if walking sticks are for orthopedically challenged. I doubt whether running a school for PWDs becomes a criteria for choosing the best employer award. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
