I am setisfy about the scriber issue which is kept by Akhil in the
front of the Chairman of UGC, I would like to know that where is
written papar that scriber is juniour, if scriber   has passed class
12th in 1990 he is permited by the risponcible authority of
examination center what is the actual criteria of scriber in the
written test or net examination.
I therefore request you to please provide a soft copy about the
circular of scriber according the disability act 1995 or new
disability act.
