I also face the simmiler issue. Just do one thing. First of all download the
advertisement word file from the website. In that doc file, you will find
the link for apli online.
If you still face any problem, please contact me off the list. I will send

I'm not able to find the link "apply on line" which is required for
filling out the on line form.
Also, the web site seems to be very slow, or it is so with Jaws, or it
