The election commission's helpline number is 1950 for all sorts of complaints. 
All booths are supposed to keep ready a Braille copy of the list of candidates 
with serial numbers and party affiliation.

In Last Lok Sabha elections, They did not give me Braille Sheet in our polling 
boot.
