Job Description . Review the policy environment, guidelines related to visually impaired people . Provide technical support and guidance to the entire team from visually impairment perspective . Assist the Program Manager in developing scheme review framework . Review existing schemes of the directorate . Assist in designing new schemes . Assist in documenting good practices - national and international level that can be replicated . Provide guidelines, suggest changes as required in the existing schemes as per the requirement . Prepare progress reports and other documents as required Qualification . Around 5 to 7 years of experience in the social sector particularly of working with Visually Impaired . Post Graduate/Graduate with B Ed/ Diploma in Special Education specialisation Visual Impairment. . Extensive experience around Welfare of Specially Abled .
