To make it short, You may be knowing but repeating again.. Select the range by pressing control plus g and then typing say, a3..d10 then press control plus c then go on a document and press control V Pl see if it works. After you copy the whole exscel sheet, go to word document. Do paste special and there select unformatted text and hit enter. I think this will works. Thanks and regards Srinivas.
