Hello, I am the regular user of jio Mart, first of all now it is not
accessible, you have to search the product and you can go through it, the
availability of product the delivery is smooth and the prices are
affordable also, you have to buy anything about 250 so you will have a free
delivery, you can buy anything from  jio Mart, there was no delivery charge
system before few months. Grocery fruits vegetables electronics soft drinks
and other home care items you can order, if any help you required feel free
to contact personally also

you should get your delivery via jiomart.
as jio mart does not have its own logistics like amazon and flipkart,
its dependend on third party companies, and jio mart is a new entrent
in this segment.
so some loops will be there but you should get your delivery.
make sure that you shoot the video showing the shipping label clearly
and unboxing during the video as if in case something goes wrong, you
would have proof to fight.

Let me know your experience with JeoMart app.  Actually, I had ordered
my iPhone13 through JeoMart. When I was searching in the sites like
Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, JeoMart, etc, the iPhone13 was available only
in JeoMart. It is my first transaction with JeoMart. The delivery date
was 19-04-2023 that is today. However, in my order details tab, still
it is showing as “under process”. No update about the shipping; no
information about “out for delivery”. When I contacted their
customercare team today afternoon, I am told by them that it will
reach today (19-04-2023). When I checked the status now in their site,
the arriving date is changed into 20-04-2023 which is not communicated
