Generally we don't recharge less then 100 now days. But we don't have option in recharging internet pack. And after depositing 3000 I don't think that we ever prefer to visit dealer for recharging internet pack. If they keep limit of 100 in normal talk time then it is fine. But sometime we are getting skims of full talk time of 60 in 60 or extra 5 rupees talktime on recharge of rupees 50. In that condition service of quick call is of no use. Re: [AI] FW: Re: Need info about recharging mobile through internet.
Dear Jignesh Ji, Thanks for sharing your concern. Quick Call is doing recharges of more than Rs. 90 free of cost as we understand there are packs which cost around 100 but not exact 100. A service charge of Rs. 10 has been levied only very recently because of increasing recharges of denominations Rs.20 or 30. This has been done only to discourage smaller amount recharges. This condition is applicable only to recharges not to other transactions like water bills or examination fee etc where the callers have to deposit only the amount required and do not have any choice of their own. In recharges each individual can choose a higher pack as per his/her choice. Objective of Quick Call is to make your all your payments on the go like water or electricity bills, train tickets, DTH recharge, movie tickets, event tickets, online shopping etc. Every individual has so many payments to make not just small recharges. Callers who are focused to use Quick Call for Rs. 30 or Rs. 50-60 recharge may not find us a good option.
