Hello friends Recently, there have been many court judgements stating that reservation for disabled should also be extended in promotions and not just at the time of recruitment. Wonder if anything has been mentioned explicitly in the report of the Standing Committee in this regard. This would be a great step for us to compete and grow up the organisational ladder rather than just getting stuck and stagnated.
