I was a victim of such discrimination long back.
My policies have since matured and I have got the full and final
claim/payments.

We have filed a case on IRDA (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority
of India) wrt discrimination on grounds of disability in the insurance
sector seeking policy change.
As of now, we have 2 cases of discrimination on the grounds of disability.
Do you know any person with disability who came across such a discrimination
and if so, could you give details to add on / strengthen the case.
We appreciate if you could provide the required information latest by
monday, 9th february.
