hi all hope all r fine can blind do octioning in government sites? I am not too sure about this word nor its spelling "octioning" but I could say that this can be called the "bitting" I might be wrong in my spelling Please forgive me but can any one tell me that blind persons can do this? please? Bitting means not bitting the horse or playing in a casennow but doing or bitting on a site for us to get that. For instance, Karnataka have the developement authority to develope the urban infrastructure. So there names are Bangalore developement authority & Mysore Urban Developement Authority. In same way there are many developement authority also in many states especially for the metro politan cities that is mumbai, delhi, kolkata & channai I actually don't have idea about this. My question is these developement authorites make roads, hospitals, sites & etc for the residents of the city. They make it in a cronological order. Where sites should come, where roads should come & where extension of roads will be done & all that. So can v do the octioning? online I mean?
