As I have already provided more than 100 feedbacks to Google Disability Answer Desk and observed their responses, I can confidently recommend submitting feature requests and reporting any bugs related to any Google product. I am certain that if we collectively provide feedback, Google’s products—especially Google Assistive Apps like Google TalkBack, Google Text-to-Speech Engine, and Google Lookout—can significantly improve. While I share only a few of the responses from Google Disability Answer Desk with you, it’s because I don’t want to overwhelm you with their messages. Over the past two years, I’ve been providing feedback to various companies, and Google remains my favorite. Despite occasional issues with some agents in Google Disability Answer Desk, exceptions exist everywhere. If you wish to contact them, you can find multiple contact methods in the link below, including Call, Email, American Sign Language, Chat, and Be My Eyes Call: https://support.google.com/accessibility/answer/7641084?hl=en&ref_topic=9071908&sjid=199523313426904780-AP#zippy=%2Chours-languages-for-google-disability-support-team

In the meantime, I recommend you stay up to date on our latest product announcements by following us on our twitter page @googleaccess and the official Google Accessibility Blog. I also encourage you to join the accessible community for general accessibility feedback. Google appreciates your feedback. You may receive an email survey after a day or two about your recent support experience. We would love to hear from you! Have a great day ahead! Thanks! Jake The Google Support Team -- Disclaimer: 1.
