If you deleted the message via outlook express or windows mail, then it is possible that your message could have reached trash and you could simply perform a search and recover the deleted message. However if you have deleted from the trash, then I am afraid that the message is lost for ever. In any case if I were you, I would just perform a mail search to see if the message could be some how found. Vetri. Dear Ranjana, I don't know how to regain a mail that is gone from from your account forever, but you can try asking some of your friends or list members if they can send you the same mail if it is there with them. If you've deleted a message permanently, by clicking Delete Forever in your Spam or Trash, it isn't possible to recover the message. If you've moved a message to Trash, by clicking Delete, but it's been fewer than 30 days and you haven't permanently deleted it, follow these steps to put it back in your inbox: Sign in to Gmail. Click Trash along the left side of any Gmail page. (If you don't see Trash along the left side of your Gmail page, click more above Contacts on the left side of the page.) Locate the message you'd like to move to your inbox, and check the box next to the sender's name. Click Move to Inbox. That's it.
