Re: [AI] How to handle administering medicine to child being blind parant
in addition to Sunil's suggestion, There are very thin and tangible lines for indicating MLs on the caps of these medicines. And of course, don't mind if the medicine goes a bit extra. Doctors usually prescribe these MLs as standard formulas, but the medicines are only light dozes. I also use fillers that come with the antibiotic bottles you mentioned. They also serve the same purpose Sunil described. Please remember to use the antibiotic within a week once you mix it with water. HTH. Re: [AI] How to handle administering medicine to child being blind parant
hi, vanish bhai, it’s difficult but doable. to differentiate the bottles, if the bottles are of different shape, its easy , but if not, then giving that a different identity like rapping with a rubber band, or taping etc., or keeping at a different place, or taking help of phone's camera to read some for full name of the medicine. to administer the medicine, you can use specific droppers those are made for this purpose, i found baby hug’s dropper is much more accessible and useable. the dropper size is however 3ml. it is available on first cry or online and offline, there are some other brands also available on an amazon like Mimi etc. as far as quantity is concern, then a few mls less or more will not harm unless the medicine is intended to cure some Sirias concerns but in this case, these cuf and cold are very usual for kids. Hope this will help -- Disclaimer: 1. Contents of the mails, factual, or otherwise, reflect the thinking of the person sending the mail and AI in no way relates itself to its veracity; 2. [AI] How to handle administering medicine to child being blind parant
Hi all, Amidst shivering cold, many people have been going through bad health. My daughter though recovering fast but has had a heavy fever, cough and cold. My wife and me are both blind, working and stay alone. We have dedicated health support system in the Reserve Bank. But We sometimes found difficulty in administering medicine due to specific prescriptions. For example, There is a medicine called MeftalP and Corpoll. The doctor told us that we have to give 2 and a half ML each at one go. Then There is an antibiotic which was to be mixed in water and administered 5 ML at one go. I guess, majority of syrups can be distinguished by touch. I however wonder how to administer specific ML of medicine exactly. Any suggestions? सादर/ Regards अविनाश शाही/ Avinash Shahi सहायक/ Assistant मानव संसाधन प्रबंध विभाग/ Human Resource Management Department भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक/ Reserve Bank of India लखनऊ क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय/Lucknow RO विस्तार/ Extension: 2232 -- Disclaimer: 1.
