a) If you want to add the sheets from one workbook to another workbook, you
should have both files open and then right click on the sheet name and
choose "Move or copy". Altenatively you could use the Alt-E-M and then
follow the dialog.

b) If you are looking to merge data from one sheet into another sheet in
another workbook, you could use the "track changes" feature. This is a bit
more involved - so if you are not able to figure out what to do, please let
me know.
