Dear friend, I have already done things suggested by you. My pop ups are already blocked and basic view is already set as default. In spite of this pop ups come and they are only from firefox. They come only on my desktop pc where windows xp is installed. On my laptop where windows 7 is installed it is not coming. That is why I am more confused. Thanks for the suggestions.
