Re: [AI] How to take student attendence in the class?

2015-08-30 Thread Prashant Verma
I have in the past designed Excel templates with columns such as total days
absent, percentage present etc. for school teachers and college professors.
They are using it successfully for many years now.
They print the sheet and sign and submit to the authorities when required.
One such format can be downloaded from the link given below. if the link
does not work on clicking, then please carefully copy and paste the link
text in browser.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/qe3nce4g4mgo605/Attendance%20Register_format.xls?
dl=0
You mark attendance by typing P or A and the rest is calculated by the
formulas. To change dates you can use the Fill feature of Excel.

Thanks,
Prashant

Hi,
Alternatively you can use your laptop or braille writing slate to record
attendance. In my view, leave this task for a good student of the class and
set focus on teaching.

Subject: [AI] How to take student attendence in the class?

Hey all, just I am wondering how a visually impaired teacher take
attendance inside the class? As recently I started teaching, I am
facing problem in taking the attendance. Is there any method of making
attendance process accessible? If I leave it upto the students, they
  mark proxy for their fellows.
