Hi Anubha In addition Jet Air too gives 50% discount to only blind passenger, no concession to escorts. Air India does not give any concession. Now a days the concession does not mean anything for regular tickets if bought early, one can get even less than the concessional fare. You should ask for the cheapest fare before you book. However there are restriction for changing the date or cancelling it.
