as I understand the process for getting the home annual license is bit
complicated and if the  license is being used in india, there may be a
chance of canceling renewal.
every time the license has to be purchased using the same location with the
respective credentials.
your device will be monitored from the freedomscientific with their
location tracking feature.
so better you can go for the commercial license instead of the home annual.

In a few of the companies I have worked earlier, we have purchased network
based license so license is installed on a server and works within that
local network. We did purchase directly from the US.

That said, it was all about 8 years ago so not sure about current process.

Hello Amar and YJD,
 written requests, and or pricing provided over the call is just about the
same, why not have it up there and provide a quote if requested by who so
ever that needs it.
Yamuna, to be honest FS could care less about an individual user, their
mostly concerned with big corporations, federal depts and or
companies working with them in the US and educational organizations in the
US and elsewhere.
 Quite a shame and unfortunate that they never bothered introducing that
annual pricing in india and other developing countries that need it the
most, though.

Actually even in South Africa we paid the equivalent of around 60,000 Rupees 
(15,000 South African Rands) for Jaws Professional. The U.S knows full well 
that our currencies are worth much less than their dollar, yet they want to 
mint us more than their own US Nationals. Still, sounds to me like bad business 
model because you’ll instead get more cracks going around the unaffordability 
space.

So, legally speaking, your company will violate the license terms and legal consequences will follow.2. If your company migrates to servers or remote terminal like Citrix, then to purchase remote access add-on you will need professional license.3. Hello Akansha,
 If you can get the US licence, it is bound to be a lot cheaper than the
price at which you'd get here, Home is fine for most things, pro is only
necessary if you choose to access rdp and the like, as far as I can recall.
I am a bit uncertain if a pro licence is available in the annual pricing
though.
 As to it's price in india, it runs anywhere from a hefty 7 to a lack,
Karishma enterprises seems to not have them up as it's some sort of a
national level secret or something, hate it when anyone puts up call for
pricing, anywhere these days.

Hey - Jaws annual license can't be purchased if you are located in India.
Although, the key should continue to work in India if you manage to
purchase it from US (not tested though). Also, most of the companies do not
let the employees purchase Jaws on their own due to tax and legal
compliance purposes. You can reach out to Karishma Enterprises (the only
official Jaws distributors in India) for license enquiries.
