Hi Sindhu, Thanks for your interest! My experience during the Start-Up such as this suggests that a position like this (User Experience Executive) doesn't require a professional degree. Also, it doesn't require knowledge of accessibility at all. What is however needed is creativity & a burning desire to contribute to this cause for the general good of the VI community at large.
