Not sure of first 2 queries,

But Bajaj model which costs Rs. 2,650 consumes 2000 Watts which
equivalent of 2 units in an hour, whcih is certainly cheap considering
electricity cost at Rs. 5 per unit.

I found it very easy to manage, but did not pay attention on first 2
important aspects as i was just window shopping.
