[AI] KINDLY HELP ME TO SOLVE A TECHNICAL PROBLEM

HI EVERYBODY,
I AM FACING A PROBLEM TO INSTALL JAWS ON A MACHINE. OS XP IS INSTALLED ON 
THAT PC AND THE VERSION OF JAWS IS 7.0. WHEN I TRY TO INSTALL JAWS ON THAT 
MACHINE, IT FILLES 3 PROGRESS BARS AND THEN GIVES THIS ERROR MESSAGE:
ERROR!
AN INTERNAL ERROR WAS ENCOUNTED WHILE MODIFYING THE VIDEO CHAIN (DCER-IDO- 
NOT-FOUND)
I HAVE CHECKED THE DISPLAY DRIVER OF THAT COMPUTER AND ITS WORKING PROPERLY. 
SO ITS A REQUEST TO KINDLY HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

Hi Raj
Visually the display may be comming properly. However for Jaws to run 
properly it is essential the correct display driver is installed. Install 
the correct display driver which came along with your system.
Hopefully that should solve the problem.

raj,

you have to first uninstall the display driver, by going to add/remove in 
the control pannel.

after that, again, install the correct driver, as said by harish. if this 
too does not solve, i am then afraid to say that, you are left with no 
option, but to format and re install windows.
