if possible, you try to use jaws 15 32 bit.

If you want to Patch jaws14, coppy the patch file from your original location 
to C:\programme files\ freedomscientific\jaws\14 and paste the patch file 
there. then, Just Close the jaws, and just install the patch by using any other 
screenReader by going that patch location.

Why I am telling you to install jaws 15 is, in some laptops, after patching the 
jaws14, jaws will show some drivers problem.
