Hi friend, IBM lotus symphony is a good and accessible freeware suite, but unfortunately development has been dropped. If you are not satisfied with IBM lotus symphony, you can use libra office with java access bridge installed. To use libra office with screen reader, you have to enable accessibility options under option dialogue, located at tools menu. To enable accessibility support, you can take assistance of your sighted colleagues or you can download appropriate registry patch and add it to your windows registry. Keep in mind, accessibility features of freewares are generally not good.
