sir, as is your problem, that you are facing difficulty while surfing on g mail, I would like to tell that the problem you've mentioned is quite a customary. The security certificket is needed in order to open some webcites. Because g mail has made it self very secured, some special type of informations needed to be verified before opening it Please press yes button when this dialog box appear. The said Mozilla firefox is not in my control pannel. Today while opening my g mail, I clicked on view certificate and followed the instructions. It said you have successfully imported the certificate. But the problem still persists. I encountered the same problem while opening youtube. I scanned my system and found two viruses named trojan. I heard this is the most dangerous virus. The symantec antivirus software which I am using right now is not able to delete these items. So, please suggest an antivirus which can delete trojan virus. hi, u might be using Mozilla firefox. when u get this dialogue activate view certificate and authorise the certificate from then onwards u wont get this dialogue. if u still face the same problem update your certificates from the web.
