No need to format the PC sir. I cleaned this virus with the help of nod 32 
antivirus.

 with a virus named called new folder.exe and I could find it in all the
 folders. Even if I delete it, it would be there. Then I had reformated my

and from looking in combo box, choose c:\windows\system32 from this folder, 
choose explorer.exe.

You are more likely to have a virus related problem. Check on it first with 
a good anti virus programme.
