Radio Udaan convention 2021-2022 With your continuous positive support, radio Udaan is conducting its 6th national radio Udaan convention on 23rd January 2022. After its 5 successful conventions in Delhi, Ludhiana, Hyderabad, Panchkula and Mumbai consequently, this time, the convention will be again in Panchkula. The journey of all these years was not possible without your love and admiration. This time too, we want your presence to enhance the thrill of radio Udaan convention. The Programme Agenda of Radio Udaan Convention 2021-2022 The Radio Udaan convention is expected to be felicitated by the eminent personalities of the disability sector and a few well-known names from different relevant industries. Program will be attended By: Famous bollywood singer: Mr. Jasvir Jassi. Famous punjabi folk singer: Ms. Dolly Guleia. Former DGP and Founder of jatt bhawan: Disability right activist and founder of score foundation: Mr. George Abraham. Mr. RS Malik ji. Disability right activist and founder of deepstambh: Mr. Yajurvendra mahajan. Author and disability right activist: Ms. Preeti Monga. Social activist and general secretary of NAB Delhi: Mr. Prashant Ranjan Verma. Date: 22nd and 23rd January 2022 Venue: Panchkula January 2022. The program will begin with Sarasvati Vandana by the radio Udaan team at 09:30 am. At 09:40 am. There would be inauguration ceremony followed by welcome note by danish Mahajan station general secretary. At 10:00 am, there would be Felicitation of the Chief Guests. At 10:05 am, there is Honouring of the RJs of Radio Udaan. At 10:15 am, address by Guest of Honour. At 11:00 am, a Special Presentation by a Guest Speaker At 11:30 am, Tea Break. At 11:45 am, Stage Plays by Radio Udaan Presenters, Directed by Danish Mahajan. At 12:30 pm, a Disability Orientation Presentation by an Exclusive Guest At 1:00 pm, Discussion on Health Insurance Policies for PWDs At 01:15 pm: Lunch Break. At 02:00 pm: An Inclusive Presentation by An Eminent Presenter At 03:00pm Group Activities and Special Game Show for all by Mrs. Meenal Singhvi At 04:00 pm, Valedictory, Cake Cutting Ceremony, Vote of Thanks by Minal Singhvi Director Udaan Welfare Trust cum radio Udaan and tea break. At 04:30 pm, Cultural Evening, session will include music, singing, orchestra, poem etc. At 07:00 pm, Dinner. Registration details: - INR. 2500 for those who seek accommodation - Refreshments will be catered to everyone. Before you register for our convention, make sure that you go through our terms & conditions below and read them carefully. Any breaching of any rules will not be tolerated. Terms & Conditions Radio Udaan Event Everyone has to abide by all these terms and conditions. - If you want accommodation with us for convention and Udaan idol event, you have to pay 2500rupees. It would include everything like breakfast, lunch and dinner. - Without accommodation, anyone can attend the events free of cost. You won’t have to pay any fees. We would provide you free lunch as well. - If you have taken accommodation outside but you want to take breakfast, lunch and dinner with us at the convention venue then you need to pay 500 fees. - You have to maintain decorum and peace throughout the events. - No smoking and drinking are allowed.
