1. press jawsKey+6 to open the configuration manager. if you want to
make changes in the default file, press ctrl+shift+d. 2. now check your
verbosity options by going to settings/verbosity. see which option is
selected and go to its preferences i.e beginner preferences, advanced
options and so on. 3 press the endKey which should take you to the tool
tip check box. check the box and press enter click ok and come out of
the dialogue box. now save the settings and jaws should announce the
tool tips as it confronts them.
