[AI] Regarding Paytm Accessibbility

2020-03-28 Thread Mahesh S. Panicker
Dear listers,
Many of us are users of the Paytm Android and IOS apps. A few months
ago, Paytm basic accessibility was broken following an update and it
was intervention from some of our members that eventually fixed it.
But over the last month or so, the issues started coming back, the top
row of buttons like UPI, Pay, Passbook are all read together on
tapping any of these options. Besides, the most recent update has
completely broke accessibility of the app one can say. Options like
Mobile recharge, DTH, electricity are no longer read by TalkBack. They
have become all unlabelled buttons. I shall post a review on
Playstore, and hopefully other users can also do the same, but it
would be great if people who have got the earlier contact
established with the Paytm Tech team can take it up once again.
Regards,
