Hi, if your query is to export the labels that you have labelled in
your handset so as to have it as a backup or to import to your
newerphone then,
Go to settings, accessibility, Talkback and tab into settings there.
Now yyou will find a list of settings scroll down to custom label and
tab into it.
You will find the option to import as well as to export there.
Just tab on export to get your custom labels downloaded to your
phone's storage and then save it anywhere either you can mail it or
save it in your drive and get it back into your new phone's storage
and do the same to 'import' it to your new phone.
