It is good dicigion. Several persons with disabilities have degree but
lack job orianted skills which industries required. Simultaneously
they should also focus on creation of accessible environment at
workplace. Otherwise Trained persons with disabilities can't give
their full output. thousands of persons with disabilities are
recruited in Banks. But very few of them got work suitable to their
skill sets. Several of the recruited people are still waiting for good
role at their workplace.
