Re: [AI] Study materials for visually-impaired on audio CDs
what is the use of recording on cassettes as there are plenty of cd/dvd players available in the market at much cheaper price than cassette players. Considering the numerous advantages of digital audio books, I believe now it is time to give up producing books on cassettes. Talking books libraries for the blind should stop circulating cassettes. - Original Message - From: Dipendra Manocha dipendra.li...@gmail.com To: accessindia@accessindia.org.in; 'Prashant' pr_ve...@hotmail.com Sent: Monday, May 25, 2009 10:35 PM Subject: Re: [AI] Study materials for visually-impaired on audio CDs Hello Friends Does any one has feedback on which organisation is such large sum or money for recording software where free of cost software are available for recording of books? Yes, I too agree. But surprisingly, even international schools like Hadley school for the blind are only offering cassettes and not CDs. As you have said, things have to change. -- G.
