usually the latest talks wont go on to mute  isn't that right?
I heard that it wont mute while you are talking is this correct?

Wrong. By default the mute during the call option is set to always. So you
need to unmute if you want to use the talks

Ok may be I'll reinstall talks from scratch and let you know. But in any
case you can configure talks to mute during the call after 3, 5 or 10
seconds or mute always automatically.

Unmute talks during the call and then increase the volume. And then go to
options activate loud speaker

Sir,
please do the following
1. Answer the call
2. Unmute the talks
3. Press and hold menu key for a 2 seconds 
then use arrow keys till the talks says telephone or standby
then press enter
now just press key 2 to on the loudspeaker
