Dear Nitesh,

Kindly find below the steps to give a password to a Word file in Office 
2010.

1. Open the Word file which is to be password-protected & press Alt+F to 
move to the File tab.
2. Press the down arrow to navigate to the Info tab within the File tab.
3. Press tab to navigate the various options within the Info tab. The option 
to give a password is the second or third option inside the Info tab.
