Hi! I am using whatsapp app on my windows laptop. Jaws 2023 onward supports whatsapp. Anyway, I used whatsapp with jaws simply using tab and enter keys. Normal navigation keys work fine for me. I can't remember so many shortcuts for every programme. Hi, If I remember correctly support for Whatsapp App only starts with Jaws 2022 or 2023. If that's what you have you don't have to do anything else. Open Whatsapp and you can immediately hit Jaws key plus H to hear the shortcuts available. Or you could arrow down the latest chats, or type in the name of someone then arrow down to the nearest hits. When you press enter you're immediately at the edit field to type to that person. Alt H takes you to the messages of that chat so you can arrow through them. Alt C returns you to your original list of chats. Use Jaws key plus H to learn about more cool features like making an audio call, recording voice messages Etc while you are in a chat. And if you don't want to learn the shortcuts, tab and shift-tab also gets you to those buttons or controls. Hope this hehlps.
