Dear members, VIBEWA is entering its second year of journey. During this period we achieved many milestones. The organization to represent visually impaired Bank and finance employees and afford them a national platform and a web site to share have become reality. We were instrumental in circulating DOPT guidelines by Finance Ministry to all the banks, we collected very useful information about working condition of Visually Impaired in major Banks through RTI application ,we reached more than 550 visually impaired bankers via our mega survey and collected first hand information from them. This document once prepared will be submitted to various authorities to realize our demands in more strategic way. In this endeavor your support as a member is very appreciable.
