[AI] Web visum not working
Dear friends For some strange reason my web visum for firefox has stopped working I am using firefox 3.5 and i have tried uninstalling and re installing the web visum add on but nothing seems to work. even i have observed that, webvisum is no longer functional, even when it is enabled. There's no information about its status on the webvisum homepage as well. I've updated WebVisum, and then updated Firefox. however I can't read the text, although Webvisum is working. has Jaws 11 got a problem with Firefox4? no, no problems here. earlier i faced a challenge as i even uninstalled the latest firefox, but after they released the update to the add on, it is working seemlessly. though they definitely have messed up the dialoguebox dealing with the addons. you might want someone sighted to have a look at that dialoguebox. it is possible that the latest version may not be supported by JAWS11. the safest & the most hassel free way of downgrading is to uninstall & reinstall.
