Hi, For re-installation of operating system and other software related issues, you can contact local computer-vendors. They are capable to handle these kinds of problems. For any kind of hardware related problems, you can mail it back to the manufacturers. hello sir, what pradeep sir has said is absolutely correct. you need not to worry. if you know format and other options you can handle it. but you need to have an external cd drive. I don't think you will have its resale value for it. all most all the spares are available.
