HI, Yes there is concession but it is not really useful. Instead, if you buy the air ticket before few months, you will get the ticket in a very cheap price. I usually buy before 4 months to avoid high charges. They provide concession on a full ticket but not on a discounted ticket. If you go for full ticket and ask for concession, you end up paying high price Than going for discounted ticket. Air tickets keeps increasing every minute. Near the travel, expensive the tickets are. Usually full ticket will be mostly double the discounted ticket. What we see on travel sites like makemytrip.com and others are all discounted tickets. Even on the airline sites, they show discounted tickets. Please speak to travel agents and find good deal you think is reasonable. Regarding your question about which airline is good or cheap, It depends on where you want to go. Usually people say Singapore and emirates are expensive. You can go for British airline. This airline is very much accessible and friendly. Moreover they operate to all main destinations around the globe. You have other airlines. If you are a frequent traveler, then you can register with their frequent fliers programs. Through this you can earn miles and tear points on every trip. Once you have enough miles, you can get free tickets using those miles. Almost all airlines have programs like this. There are very good search providers like ITA search for finding good cheaper deals. Try searching on the sites like make my trip.com and yathra.com then speak to travel agents.
