Why free screen readers / operating systems do not have better features is
because they do not generate enough revenue. So a solution to this is rather
than going for piracy, we can also consider donating to the organisations
who are involved in developing free software. At least 5% of what we ought
to pay for a full featured screen reading software if we could donate that
to these organisations will make a bit of much needed difference.

Firstly, it is our own people who propagated piracy. I don't understand why
they cannot either ask government to buy licenses or use alternate free
screen reader. 

On the other note, there is a policy on electronics accessibility but I
think, that needs to be enforced.
