Re: [AI] accessibility has been comprimised on i mobile app on android.

2022-10-28 Thread Mahesh S. Panicker
I can confirm that the app has regressed badly over the last couple of
updates. Even for a credit card only user like me even the limited
number of features I used to access, have now become either difficult
or unusable with TalkBack assistance. I have posted a Playstore
review... Hope ICICI will get their act together without delay.
Regards,

Friends, I am the frequent user of I mobile app on android for my banking needs
and recently what I have observed is the accessibility has been compromised on
I mobile app on android.

Earlier I was able to perform few basic tasks like sending and receiving the
transactions, applying for the loans and so on.

But after updating the app version 15.5 I really cannot perform the
above-mentioned tasks.

the pay with credit card button is still does not accessible for the screen
reader in the credit card section.

Also, couple of months back, the mission accessibility team was took the
initiative to make app accessible and could not here the updates so far

.
