if you key-in the password wrong twice or thrice, then only you will
have to fill captcha.
otherwise, it wouldn't comes regularly

implemented captcha on the login page which is not recognisable even using
JAWS picture smart.
I used my father's sign in details to check the accessibility of the
website.
