it worked for me with version 9. no idea of changes in v 11. you could try deleting all the user settings from the location %systemdrive%\documents and settings\\application data\kesi. Your correct i opened fire fox html document to convert into mp3. yes i had un instal the program but after installing it again it is showing the same error. Can you please tell me how to un instal completely. I had done like this 1 in search box i typed unistal a program from there a window open thre i selected kurzuvil and un instal. 2 from program files also i deleted the kurzuvil. I want to un instal completely. I think some files are remained even though I un instal the program. another method i did is that i deleted the files from pending audio folder. but my problem is not resolved. Another thing after instaling kurzuvil it is showing the last open files. hello, sometimes depending upon your file size and number of pages it takes longer time to convert in to mp3. so if you interrupt this process sometimes it creates the error in audio spooler and perhapes you need to uninstall the program and installing again might solve your problem. it happened with me also and reinstalling the program rectified the said error. hence, it is recommended to keep seeing the status of the conversion while in process. thanks, mukesh.
