There's a very small utility on: www.jfwlite.com Which allows you to keep your outlook express opened all the time and resides in the system tray so that it doesn't obstruct your normal routine, let me know if you can locate on the above mentioned site or I can send that to you if for some reason the site is dead. Dear Amar, It is a very good query. In office, one gets a lot of mails. So, keep it open and minimise it. I think that if one closes it, one will not be able to receive new mails.
