Thank you everyone for your prompt response, after reducing zoom level to
50 percent, I could download form 26as successfully.

Dear Tanmay,


After logging on to the Income-tax e-filing website, check the Zoom 
level of the webpage. If the Zoom level is greater than 50%, reduce it 
to 50%. Then, you will see options like e-file, Services etc. just below 
the "Show Dashboard" link.



Also, when the page zoom level is reduced to 50%, the Profile button 
with the Logout option disappears. The page zoom level should be 
increased to 125% for accessing the Profile button.

Better turn your virtual cursor off and click on toggle navigation and
keep pressing the tab while the virtual cursor is turned off.

Dear Tanmay,


You can download form 26AS from the Income-tax e-filing website. The 
website is accessible with JAWS.



1. Login to the Income-tax e-filing website.

2. After logging in, go to the e-file tab on the dashboard.

3. Inside the e-file tab, go to Return filing. The Return filing option 
has a sub-menu & the option for Form 26AS is the third or fourth option 
in the sub-menu.


4. Follow the on-screen prompts to go to the TRACES website & download 
form 26AS.

Tanmay,

There are couple of ways.
1. If they use netbanking then you can directly go the portal using
the netbanking interface and download form26 AS (no ITR login
required).
2. Login to the ITR efiling website using the PAN and password and
view form26as from e-file submenu.

Note: I have tested the 2nd process couple of days back with Jaws 2022
and Chrome and found it to be accessible.
