When the instalation window comes up, it would need you to specify the language options you want. tab around you will come across edit boxes. The first 2 would have English selected with the code eng and eng us. Tab to the 3rd edit box, just type in ml. When you use it with Jaws 14, in Jaws options voice adjustments, select sappy 5 as the speech engine , and then select E Speak ml from the voices. You could save it as a new profile, and every time you need to read something in malayalam, you can then select that profile without making the change every time. Hopes this is of some help.
